Client: State of Delaware, Judicial Information Center
Project: Automated Sentencing Order Program (ASOP)
The Morgan Solution: Morgan designed, developed and supported statewide implementation of the Automated Sentence Order Program (ASOP). Meeting the performance specifications was a major challenge, since the State's Adabase databases contain a complete record of all historical and current case histories. The histories provide enormous amounts of data that would need to be searched for the case-specific information required. Since there was no interface available that could provide needed performance, MORGAN invented one.

Project: Inspection Operating Method (IOM)
The MORGAN Solution: MORGAN developed an Intranet hosted, Web-based Inspection Operation Method application using a scalable system model that has improved production quality and productivity by eliminating outdated information, providing capability to prepare for future model year planning, and providing on-line access at the inspection station to as many images as are needed to support manufacturing of high quality products.

Client: Wilmington Savings Fund Society (WSFS), Wilmington, Delaware
Project: Commission Tracking System (CommTraK)
The Morgan Solution: MORGAN designed "CommTrack" to accommodate all the needs of WSFS commission tracking. The system allows the WSFS branches to track recommendations made to each customer. At the end of a given month, it calculates all account information along with the current commission payment schedule, and the current commission payment for each product.

Project: Computer Based Training Video
The Morgan Solution: Computer Based Video Training uses a menu to allow individual end users to select a specific process and initiate a full screen representation of the computer screen that is active. This screen includes a running video showing the teacher's face in the corner of the screen giving step-by-step instructions to explain the details of the correct process and procedures.
